I’m looking for subcontractors who can support learning design and development projects on a sporadic, as-needed basis throughout the year. Specifically I’m seeking:
- graphic designers who have experience with Articulate Storyline (access to it on your own computer is a definite bonus)
- learning technologists/e-learning developers who have experience developing for Articulate Storyline, Moodle and/or other LMS platforms
- junior instructional/learning designers with solid educational qualifications who would like to grow practical experience in designing face-to-face and online mode courses

- 2-3 page resume including educational qualifications
- An overview of the experience that you have related to the type of work you are interested in listed above
- Per hour subcontracting fee expectations
Ideal candidates would live in the Greater Victoria, BC area, however out of town submissions will absolutely be considered if you have the ability to use web-based communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Drive etc. (Regardless, most communication on projects for any subcontractors would be primarily web-based, using these and other tools.)

- Strong educational qualifications (formal and informal)
- Pride of work, excellent communication skills and commitment to turnaround times
- Strong tech skills in web-based environments
- Passion for all things related to teaching/facilitation and learning; high motivation to keep growing in the field
