Ask us for our expert advice
We take on learning-related consulting projects for clients every year. These projects often involve activities such as interviewing key individuals, conducting research, providing resources, or making recommendations to enhance your organization’s learning strategy. We also work 1:1 with entrepreneurs every year in a “do it yourself” (DIY) way, to give you expert advice as you create your course.
We led the Vancouver Division of Family Practice through a process to create a new member orientation experience. It was part of the Division’s strategic work to build and strengthen the connection between learning and learning design with member engagement to support members and improve primary care. The project drew upon a learning framework work we had previously completed with the Division. This framework is now in place to guide the integration of their learning philosophy through the planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all learning-related initiatives for their members.
“Everyone really appreciated the way Beth approached the project, enjoyed collaborating with her, and were very impressed with her professionalism and deliverables. I found her report to be very well structured. It presented the findings in a clear and concise manner. We now have a great basis to inform our next actions.”
– Nathan Huculak, Deputy Chief Communications Officer, Canadian Red Cross National Office –
The Canadian Red Cross wanted to redesign an in-person program, delivered in Canadian high schools, into an online experience. They hired us to conduct a needs assessment with key individuals and make recommendations on the ideal audience and mode for the new program. We conducted interviews, surveyed teachers in three provinces, and wrote a report outlining the recommended next steps.
