While Beth is normally based in Victoria, BC, she will be in Southwestern Ontario during parts of Summer 2025 and is available for custom meeting and workshop facilitation. She specializes in engaging, tailored sessions, including team-building retreats, strategic planning, and workshops on facilitation or learning design. This 3-day in-person workshop is a transformational experience. The best thing about it is that participants actually get to practice facilitation, not just learn about it. Each participant facilitates three “mini-lessons” over the 3 days and receives developmental feedback from the course facilitator and fellow participants. Liberating Structures are a set of 33 facilitation processes that anyone can use to make their meetings and learning events more inclusive, participatory, and fun. We use Liberating Structures in our own work and also facilitate in-person and online workshops to help others learn how to use them.
