My clients often buy more than one copy of my book, Design to Engage: How to Create and Facilitate a Great Learning Experience For Any Group, for their groups of faculty, facilitators or staff.

Now is a great time to be thinking of whether you could do this for the approaching Christmas season (already?!), or whenever you are next ready to recognize the people with whom you work.

#1 – The Oprah

Place envelope-wrapped copies of Design to Engage underneath everyone’s chairs and plan a fun reveal (“Look under your chairs!”) at some point during the meeting.

#2 – The Toolkit

Head to your local stationery store to buy flipchart markers, whiteboard markers, sticky notes (the good kind!) and other facilitator toolkit items. Make a toolkit, including Design to Engage, for each person. (We all love kit!)

#3 – The Readers Bundle

Bundle Design to Engage with other great design and facilitation-related books, such as Hannah Brown’s new Training That Clicks, Julie Dirksen’s Design for How People Learn, Chad Littlefield’s How To Make Virtual Engagement Easy, James Lang’s Small Teaching, or others!

#4 – The Surprise Package

Got a distributed team? No problem. Mail each person Design to Engage with a gift card for people’s local cafe or restaurant and treat them to “lunch with a book” on you. (I would love this type of gift!)

#5 – The In Depth Experience

Invite me to virtually connect with your group for either a Q&A session or a facilitated workshop, a month or two after you give them the book. Contact me for rates for this engaging experience.

How to Order:

I can ship bulk orders of signed paperback copies of Design to Engage if you order directly through me. Contact me to discuss what you need. Of course, Design to Engage is available in online worldwide bookstores as well!
