Terms of Sale/Agreement
By making a purchase (of goods or services) from BCB Learning Inc., you agree that you are of legal age and that the information (name, contact and payment details) you provide is accurate. BCB Learning Inc. has the right to accept, modify, or decline any order.
Payment Terms
All prices on this site are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the product/service price listed.
Consulting Service Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on booked consulting services. If you choose not to go ahead with the consulting service after booking, you may reschedule a consulting service booking up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting, or transfer the consulting service to another person within this time period.
Refunds for Digital Downloads and Print Books
Refunds will not be issued for digital downloads.
Refunds, less initial shipping expense, will be given for print books if you ship the book back, at your own expense, and the book is received by BCB Learning Inc. in the same new, undamaged condition as it was sold to you.
Course Cancellations
If you would like to withdraw from a course/workshop/event, please submit written notice to BCB Learning Inc. at hello@bcblearning.com at least seven days before the course/workshop/event begins to be eligible for a refund (less a 20% administration fee.) No refund will be made for cancellations received later than seven business days before the course begins, however you may give your seat to another person of your choosing.
BCB Learning Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course/workshop/event at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, insufficient registration, classroom, equipment or facilitator availability. Minimum registration requirements vary. If BCB Learning Inc. cancels the course/workshop/event, full refunds will be issued to registrants.
Intellectual Property
All courses, products and services on this site are the intellectual property of BCB Learning Inc. unless stated otherwise. By purchasing courses, products or services on this site, you agree to use the information provided to you for your personal use only. Reselling or reproducing information within any course, product or service available on this site is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct
BCB Learning Inc. is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable learning environment for all our participants. We will not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour, remarks, images, or online posts. We will not tolerate harassment in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or removed from the course/workshop/event, without a refund, at the discretion of BCB Learning Inc. We will enforce this code throughout all events. Thank you for doing your part to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
Accuracy of Information on the Site
BCB Learning Inc. will do its best to ensure that information on this site is complete and accurate. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products and services on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. BCB Learning Inc. reserves the right to discontinue any course/workshop/event, product or service at any time.
