Ask us for our expert advice
We take on consulting projects related to facilitation and learning design for a range of clients. These projects might involve interviewing key individuals, reviewing existing programs or materials, gathering and synthesizing information, providing resources, or making recommendations to strengthen your organization’s approach to learning. We can also help you clarify the direction of a new learning initiative, shape a learning framework or program, or bring an experienced outside perspective to work already underway.
We also work 1:1 with entrepreneurs and other professionals who want to take a DIY approach to creating their own workshops or courses. You bring your subject matter expertise and do the creating; we provide learning design and facilitation expertise, feedback, resources, and practical advice along the way.
We led the Vancouver Division of Family Practice through a process to create a new member orientation experience. It was part of the Division’s strategic work to build and strengthen the connection between learning and learning design with member engagement to support members and improve primary care. The project drew upon a learning framework work we had previously completed with the Division. This framework is now in place to guide the integration of their learning philosophy through the planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all learning-related initiatives for their members.
