Learn design and facilitation skills with us
We help people learn how to design and facilitate great learning experiences and meetings. When you learn with us, be prepared to be inspired, have fun, and leave with new ideas and more skills to effectively engage your groups.
This 3-day in-person workshop is a transformational experience. The best thing about it is that participants actually get to practice facilitation, not just learn about it. Each participant facilitates three “mini-lessons” over the 3 days and receives developmental feedback from the course facilitator and fellow participants. Liberating Structures are a set of 33 facilitation processes that anyone can use to make their meetings and learning events more inclusive, participatory, and fun. We use Liberating Structures in our own work and also facilitate in-person and online workshops to help others learn how to use them.
