I’m looking for potential subcontractors to be able to support learning/instructional design projects for my clients.

- One page cover letter
- 2-3 page resume including educational qualifications
- List of workshop/course design projects that you’ve undertaken, either face-to-face or online
- Per hour subcontracting fee expectations
Ideal candidates would live in the Greater Victoria area, however out of town submissions will be considered if you have the ability to use web-based communication and collaboration tools such as Skype or FaceTime, Google Drive etc. (Regardless, most communication on projects for any subcontractors would be primarily web-based, using these tools.)
I’m looking for people who have the following:
- B.Ed., M.Ed., other education-related degree or strong background in pedagogy related to adult learning
- Excellent writing and grammar skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of active learning strategies and the ability to design participatory workshops or courses
- Strong experience designing for at least one or more modes of learning: face-to-face, online (synchronous, asynchronous, e-learning), or blended learning
- Strong tech skills in web-based environments; knowledge of Moodle learning management system a huge asset
- Passion for all things related to teaching and learning; high motivation to keep growing in the field
